You’ll meet our wonderful caretakers every day, but you might not get to meet the rest of our staff. Here you can put a face to the name!

Since 1969, Minute Women Home Care has provided private home care services to older adults in the Greater Boston area. As a family-owned business, Minute Women has accreditations from the Home Care Alliance of Massachusetts to provide the best community care possible. We can provide home care services in any environment – whether in private homes, independent living, assisted living, or nursing homes. We most commonly deal with dementia care, stroke, fall prevention, home-from-hospital stays, and hospice services.

Debbi

Co-Owner/Account Manager

Debbi is a OT by trade and has over a decade of hospice experience before joining Minute Women as an account manager. In her free time she enjoys the outdoors, rooting for the Bruins and her family.

Caitlin

Client Care Coordinator

Caitlin is our field supervisor supporting our staff on how to excel at their career. In her free time she enjoys music, movies and family.

Erica

Staffing Coordinator

Erica oversees the hiring of our memory care professionals, bringing a wealth of experience from her work in assisted living communities with seniors affected by dementia. As a licensed practical nurse (LPN), she combines her medical expertise with compassionate care. In her free time, Erica enjoys cooking for her family and friends.

Beth

Financial Manager

Beth joined Minute Women Home Care in 2014 managing payroll, billing and accounting. Beth enjoys her time down at the Cape with her family.

Yerka

Scheduling Coordinator

Yerka plays a key role in keeping our scheduling seamless and ensuring every interaction is both welcoming and efficient. With a strong focus on providing a helpful and friendly experience, she brings a perfect blend of professionalism and warmth to our team. Outside of work, Yerka has a sweet spot for candy and loves spending quality time with her loved ones.

Gisela

Scheduling Coordinator

Gisela is passionate about customer service and doing the right thing for seniors and their families. During her free time she loves spending it with family and hanging out with friends. Gisela also enjoys exercise and running.

Adrienne

Director of Operations

Adrienne brings more than fourteen years of home care experience to her role as Operations Director. Having cared for her grandmother throughout her decade-long battle with Alzheimer’s, she deeply understands the challenges of being a family caregiver. Outside of work, Adrienne stays active in her community and enjoys raising her son. She’s also passionate about art, creativity, and exploring the outdoors.

Jaxon

Director of Happiness

Jaxon is our director of happiness. He is a 15 pound Havanese. The worst day can’t put a damper on his mood. He loves being pet, meeting new people and chasing after a ball.

Ryan

Owner & Care Coordinator

Ryan is the CEO of Minute Women Home Care since 2011. Ryan became passionate about home care when his mother needed care while battling cancer. Ryan enjoys spearfishing and snowboarding.
